1. Log in to your partner bank app/website, Bharat Connect platform, or physical outlet.
2. Choose "Bill Payment" and select "Bharat Connect".
3. Enter Biller category, name, and bill reference number.
4. Review bill details, enter payment amount, and choose your preferred payment method.
5. Confirm the transaction.
The platform connects Billers, payment service providers, and customers. When a customer initiates the payment, the information goes to the Bharat Connect Central Unit. Then, this information is sent to the relevant provider, and then to the Biller, who updates your account and sends confirmation.
